大袋开袋设备主要应用于塑料、橡胶、食品、医药、化工等领域对大袋包装如塑料树脂和食品添加剂等干燥粉、粒状物料进行拆包卸料。

吨袋拆包机将吨袋包装物料提升到进料口，人工将包装袋下料口拆开后，打开流量控制阀和带附带的振动下料装置促使包装袋内的粉粒状物料通过自重落到下方料斗中。

Big bag emptying is used in breaking and unloading big bale for dry powder or pellet material such as plastic pitch, carbon black and food additive in trades of plastic, rubber, food, medicine, chemical industries, and etc .

Big bag emptying elevates ton bag material inlet, breaking the ton bag outlet by manual, then opens flowrate control valve with vibrancy equipment to promote unloading powder or pellets into the lower hopper by gravity .

吨袋拆包设备是通过叉车或电动葫芦提升料袋至进料口，进行压袋，人工将包装袋下料口拆开后，打开流量控制阀和附带的振动或拍打装置，促使包装袋内的物料通过自重落到下方料斗中。
